Crash Replacement Service

Have you had an accident or fall with your bike? How annoying, we hope you haven't suffered any injuries!

In the event of an accident or fall, Acelera offers the Crash Replacement Service, through which you can request a replacement at a greatly reduced price. This service also applies to garments outside the return period.

How can you use Acelera's Crash Replacement Service?

  1. Contact us using the form below.
  2. Send your damaged clothing to Acelera.
  3. You will be notified within two weeks.

Please note: If you use the Crash Replacement Service, you are responsible for returning your product . This includes the cost of shipping and any optional insurance for damage or loss during transit (this is not mandatory but is at the customer's risk). Acelera will arrange the free return of your new clothing items to you .

Once your item has been received, it is usually processed within two weeks and you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven't heard from us by then, please send an email to koers@acelera.cc with the complete shipping details.

Please note that we can refuse the replacement at any time if it is not due to an accident or crash, but due to careless use. In such cases, Acelera will always do its best to offer the best possible alternative solution.
