Welcome to Acelera. This one terms and conditions apply to every order you place on acelera.cc. We have written them down as clearly as possible, so that you know exactly where you stand.

1. Who are we

Acelera.cc is a trade name of V.O.F. Acelera.cc.

Where in these terms "Acelera", "we" or "us", we mean V.O.F. Acelera.cc. By "you" or "your" we mean the customer.

2. When is an agreement concluded?

An agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by e-mail. We may refuse an order or attach additional conditions to it. If we do not accept an order, we will let you know within ten working days.

The images, colors and specifications we create our website with care. Screen calibration allows a colour in real life may differ slightly from the photo on your screen.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs see you before you pay at checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, for example in the event of changes in legislation and regulations or purchasing prices. The price that applies is the price at the time you order.

You can pay using the methods offered at checkout, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact and Wero. The order will only be processed after payment has been successful.

4. Delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You can find the current delivery times in our website shipping policy. The delivery times stated are an indication and not a strict deadline.

The risk of damage or loss of products passes to you when you (or a person designated by you) receive the package.

If your package is not delivered twice and remains with the carrier, please contact support@ within ten working daysacelera.cc, otherwise storage or return fees may apply.

5. Retention of title

The delivered products remain our property until you have paid the full amount.

6. Right of withdrawal (return within 30 days)

You have the right to enter 30 days after receiving your order without giving any reason return. This is longer than the legal period of 14 days. Products must be unworn and unwashed and, as much as possible, returned in the original packaging with labels.

We will refund you the full purchase amount within 14 days after we receive your return, via the same payment method you used.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are on your account specifications are made or are clearly personal in nature, and not for sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken.

7. warranty

The legal regulations apply to all products warranty. This means that a product must be in good condition upon receipt and function as you can reasonably expect during normal use. How long that is depends on the product and the way of use.

If you have a complaint about the quality of a product, please send an email to support@ within a reasonable period of time.acelera.cc with your order number and clear photos. We will assess your complaint and resolve it through repair, replacement or refund, in consultation with you.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, normal wear and tear, incorrect use or maintenance (see washing instructions on the label). We have a separate one for crash damage Crash Replacement Service.

8. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Email us at support@acelera.cc. We will do our best to respond within five working days and find a solution together.

If we cannot reach an agreement together, you can submit your complaint to the European ODR platform via ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profits or consequential damage. Our liability for direct damage is limited to the amount of your order, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

10. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, transport problems, delivery problems with suppliers, government measures or disruptions in IT systems), we may suspend delivery. If the force majeure lasts longer than four weeks, you and we may terminate the agreement in whole or in part in writing without any compensation being due.

11. Personal data

We handle your data with care and adhere to the GDPR. You can read about how we collect, use and store your data privacy policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights to our products, photos, texts, logos and brands belong to us Acelera or our suppliers. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our permission.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

To these terms and conditions and any agreement between you and Acelera Dutch law applies. The Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law designates a different court. Consumers always retain the right to turn to the court of their own place of residence within the European Union.

14. Changes

We like this one terms and conditions adjust from time to time. The terms and conditions at the time of ordering always apply to your order acelera.cc stood.
