We do not charge shipping costs for shipments to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs for countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Acelera strives to deliver your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. If you order before 11:59 PM, your order will usually be delivered within one working day. It may sometimes happen that your order takes a little longer. If you have not received anything after three days, please contact us .

Via 'Orders' in your account or the 'Track order' button in the confirmation email. you can track the status of your package(s). Then you can see at a glance whether your order is on time. If delivery takes longer than expected, you will also see this here.

Are you not satisfied with your order, would you prefer a different size or color? No problem! You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You can choose another product or you will be credited with the full order amount.

Yes, you can return your order for free up to 30 days after receipt without any reason. You will then receive the full order amount refunded to the account used for payment. Products that you return may of course have been tried on, but may not have been used for hygienic reasons. A product may also not have been washed.

In the event of an accident or crash, Acelera offers a Crash Replacement scheme that allows you to request a replacement at a greatly reduced cost. This service also applies to garments that fall outside the return period.

There is a legal guarantee on all items that you buy from us. This means that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and must function properly under normal use. We also look at the economic life of the item, because some products last longer than others.
