We want you to ride in gear that makes you happy. Something not quite right? Then you have 30 days to send it back for free. No hassle.

• 30 days. Return any item within 30 days of delivery.
• Free. Return shipping is on us, wherever you live.
• Your money back, fast. Within 7 business days after we receive your return.
• Easy exchanges. Need a different size or color? Arrange it directly through our website.

This goes beyond your statutory 14-day cooling-off period. With us, you simply get more time.

What we ask of you

Take your time trying everything on, but keep it in the condition in which you received it:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Tags still attached
• In the original packaging

We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use (sweat, dirt, washing, damage). If that is the case, we will contact you.

How to return

1. Go to the Returns page and follow the steps.
2. Select the items you want to return and tell us why.
3. Download your free return label and stick it on the package.
4. Drop off the package at the nearest drop-off point. Keep your proof of shipment until you have received your refund.

Always use the return label from our returns page. We cannot track packages without this label, and they may not be refunded.

Ordering from the United Kingdom or Switzerland? 
Your package contains a card with a QR code. Scan it to create your free return label. You can do this as soon as your order has been delivered. All our shipments to the UK and Switzerland are delivered with import duties included, so you never pay import charges. Not on the way there, and not on the way back.

Exchanges

Different size or color? Start an exchange on our returns page and choose the item you want instead. As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, we will send the new item to you. Free, of course.

Tip: not sure about your size? Check our size chart or contact us. We would rather help you get the right size straight away.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the value of the returned items within 7 business days via your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days before the amount appears in your account. You will receive an email as soon as your refund is on its way.

Please note: the shipping costs of your original order are not refunded.

Received a wrong or damaged item?

That shouldn't happen, and we will fix it. Don't send it back yet: first contact us via the contact form, with your order number and a photo. Then we will find the best solution together.
